We are operating under the mandate of Index Ventures and are scheduled to be officially established in 2025.

However, our journey began earlier:

· August 2022: The Board of Index Ventures made a strategic decision to focus on the Asian market, initially forming an Asian Strategic Analysis Group, the precursor to what is now Jinyi Interconnect.

· May 2023: The Board formally decided to develop the biomedical innovation and technology sectors in Asia, taking preliminary steps to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary in Hong Kong, the Asian financial hub.

· July 2024: The Board submitted a proposal to the core leadership, finalizing the subsidiary's full name: Jinyi Interconnect Limited.

· December 2024: Index Ventures submitted the relevant applications to the Hong Kong SAR government and requested support, which subsequently passed review.

· July 2025: We formally applied for the company's incorporation and requested technical and talent support from the Index Ventures headquarters.

· October 2025: All projects under 、Jinyi Interconnect were launched across Asia with the support of our headquarters.

Looking ahead, we will continue to advance steadily, pioneering new technological frontiers
