Li Huilin, born in 1982, is a native of Macau. She holds a Bachelor of Management degree from the University of Macau and a Master of Management degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
She possesses extensive experience in operations management, having previously served as a senior consultant at McKinsey & Company, providing strategic planning and operational optimization solutions for numerous multinational corporations. She excels at improving corporate operational efficiency and management levels. Subsequently, she joined a renowned international technology company as the Asia-Pacific Operations Director, successfully driving the company's business expansion and localization operations in multiple Asian markets.
Upon joining JinYi Interconnect, Li Huilin serves as Chief Operating Officer. She is responsible for the company's daily operations management, optimizing internal processes, improving team collaboration efficiency, and ensuring the smooth implementation of the company's strategic goals. She adheres to a customer-centric operational philosophy, focusing on improving customer service quality and strengthening communication and interaction with clients. Simultaneously, she actively coordinates the work between departments, strengthens communication and cooperation with external partners, and promotes the establishment of open and win-win cooperative relationships within the company. Through continuous optimization of the operating model, she provides strong operational support for the stable development of JinYi Interconnect, helping the company to occupy a favorable position in the market.
